During your complimentary assessment session we will establish your current level of fitness and health. We will create a personalised fitness programme to help you reach your fitness targets. We aim to help you to improve your strength, mobility, and balance, and to have fun.
At The Balance Zone, we have a well-equipped gym for traditional personal training, and an EMS studio.
We offer a free trial on the EMS system so that you can experience the difference for yourself. There are some medical conditions that preclude the use of EMS. You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before your trial session to make sure that EMS is safe for you to try.
During the EMS sessions, you will be led through a series of movements designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. There is no running, jumping or bouncing that might strain your joints.
If you would rather stick to conventional gym training, we are happy to create a programme that you will enjoy. This may include some jumping or bouncing (of the fun kind) but definitely no running.
